Publisher/Editor-in-Chief - Wes Carroll

Wes started his career in the media in 1994 and has worked in TV, radio, and print for over a decade.  He hosted Not Quite Late Nite with Wes Carroll from 1994-1997 on  WCGT in Columbus, GA. The show was a live call-in show with a very diverse assortment of regular cast members and even more diverse regular callers. Wes began his career in radio in 1994 also working for WGSY, WVRK, and WBFA all in Columbus, GA. In 2005, he started The Edge Magazine. Wes is also the Entertainment Correspondent for WXTX Fox 54 and Clear Channel Radio's WDAK and Sunny 100. In 2008, Wes joined the staff of WDAK and now serves as the co-host of The Morning Show weekdays from 6am-9am. Wes is a graduate of Columbus State University with a BA in Communications. He lives in Columbus with his wife and son.

 

Entertainment Writer - Frank Mann

Frank has been around TV, radio, and film for almost 15 years. He made occasional appearances with Wes Carroll on his various radio shows and was a regular on Not Quite Late Nite. Frank is an avid movie fan and DVD collector and has been writing the DVD column for The Edge Magazine since the beginning. Frank also puts his unconventional style into his monthly version of Mr. Bibb and Ned, a comic strip in the spirit of Goofus and Gallant from Highlights Magazine. Frank lives in Columbus with his two dogs.

 

Entertainment Writer - Brian Hale

Brian is a jack of all trades when it comes to entertainment knowledge. He's an avid music, TV and movie fan. Brian was a regular on Not Quite Late Nite in its first season in 1994. He was the Entertainment Editor of the CSU newspaper The Sabre. He also worked in radio for WBFA. Brian is a graduate of Columbus State University with a BA in Communications and a degree in Education.  He lives in Columbus with his wife and son.

 

Entertainment Writer - Pat Robinson

Pat  is the resident expert in Columbus on comic books. He's the owner of The Columbus Book Exchange where he deals in paperbacks, comic books, and graphic novels. Pat is also an avid wrestling fan with more years of watching wrestling than he would care to admit. He's been writing a wrestling and a comics column for The Edge Magazine since 2005. He lives in Columbus.

 

Web Designer - Matt Gillespie

Matt owns and runs his own web design company Visual Remedy. Among his many projects is the design of this website for The Edge Magazine. Matt lives in Phenix City with his wife and son.
